Many knew people, such as myself need advice and some suggestions from many different people. If you have anything that you belive could help anyone getting started please post it here. And if you have learned some things not to do, You should really get to posting those lol. As information gets passes about what to do and not to do everyone becomes a better asset to Gano Excel!
Here's some advice for you and anyone else who might benefit.
Get to know your strengths and your weaknesses. Any strength or weakness can be either an asset or a liability, good or bad, depending on how it's used. Use your strengths as outlets for leadership, motivation and success. Remember to show a willingness to share your success and good fortune with others. Helping others is more important than receiving help from others. This concept is one of the core principles in living a prosperous and healthy life. It is also one of the methods of attaining people into your group, by helping them out, whether it's a health need, financial need or both.
I would also suggest not to be overly confident about your knowledge of a particular subject regardless of your skill level. This will help you tremendously when speaking with others who you can tell aren't as skilled or informed as you are. If you provide less information and ask more questions that require them to think a bit, they will learn more in the long run and so will you. Keep this idea in mind... intelligence is of no value unless you use it properly. Then it can be defined as wisdom.
With weaknesses I'd suggest something much more simple. If you are aware of the weakness, make a note of it, so you remember you need to improve and then show initiative to improve in that area, today! Browse the internet and the library for material that will help you learn more.
Finally, the training sessions at the Gano Excel headquarters provide priceless information. I would take a look at www.ganotools.com for a head start. There's lots of stuff for you there. Also, do yourself a favor and download Real Player SP at www.real.com It's free and you can use it to extract video clips directly to your computer from youtube and other video sharing websites!!
I hope this information will prove to be useful for you, other people just starting out, seasoned experts, and anyone in between. If you have some questions, don't hesitate to ask myself or anyone here. We are all one big family on the same team with the same goal in mind. If someone doesn't have an answer for you, someone else will. In time... you will be the one answering other people's questions!
Once again Dillion, I'd like to welcome you to Gano Excel. May you have abundant success, health and happiness.
Thanks Marc! I really feel welcomed in this community. I do belive i have some weaknesses i should work on and strengths i should focus on. I stay motivated so i know i can do some great things with this!
You are most welcome Dillion. That is a great attitude you have and if you keep focused and positive, you will succeed.
I can share with you another tip. Ask questions of others, but try to limit the dependency you have on other people in areas such as this for simple tasks which you can answer yourself.
I have found it better to find a solution on my own if time isn't truly critical. If my own searches have not given me results that I need, then I find it best to seek advice from other people, where ever they are, be it the internet or from people I actually know in person.
Many times I have asked a question only finding out that I either knew the answer already and didn't realize it or the answer was much easier to find on my own but I felt a need to ask someone for help anyhow. Do your best to not stumble there! ;)
All you need to do to be successful in this business is do what Robert Hollis tells us to do. He has the system that works. You tell alot of people as little as possible, get them in front of the presentation and follow up.... thats it!
If someone asks you as a new person if your making money tell them "Are you for real? stop being a jerk for one minute"! again, i would go back to replaceyourpay.com and watch the videos on there Robert teaches all of that
