Ladies and gentleman there's an important issue here.
If someone is asking for your help as in 3-way calls. As in Meetings etc. AND... they're not in your downline, nor making you money if you sign those people up and you deny them. THAT'S WRONG. Here at Gano Excel USA / GANO EXCEL. Regardless of whoevers team you are on. You should feel obligated to help everyone at the company. WHY ? It's because sometimes people don't have an upline to rely on. Even myself. I have no direct upline. Im still blowing it up why ?
its because there's people like DJ "as i call him uncle john", a 15k a week earner, Rick Delucca, Lavelle, Majei, Kern. These people helped me reguardless if i am in there downline or not. You are obligated to help everyone. I do 3-way calls for Shaun because his upline left. We're not on the same team. Have i signed people up for him ? yes ! have i gotten paid from those apps. No !
But i do it because Uncle John helped me out. He spent $170 on some tickets for me to go to a Gano Excel Sponsored event. I'm not in his downline. But he truly cares about me. We need to get together to make this happen. We need to massively promote this. Everyone at Gano Excel should be helping eachother.
Honestly. You want to build a company based out of product ? We are lucky we have the best product on Earth. But without the right attitudes and people we can't get it to a BILLION a month.
Lets build a company based out of people with this product and we can accomplish anything. Besides, you never know who down the line will help you out in the long run. Don't deny anyone Gano, we're the best network marketing company on Earth in my biased opinion, now lets be the best people we can be to accomplish financial freedom for each other and each others families.
I also want to thank Uncle John for inspiring me to write this. He helps me, a 20 year old kid with two beautiful children who has many ambitions but needs the right mentorship.

Check it check it, DVJ-MUTE here.... JAYDUB, Speaking of TEAMWorks... you totally got the right attitude my brother. We are in together as FAMILY. Getting to the point, like you just said... Feed your Gano familes first, then they will feed you back later. Yep, totally make sense.
As being said, (Uncle John) DJ is a great person with strong caring heart... WHY? well.. let me tell you something, the day when I visited Gano Exce; on Saturday.. I felt pretty bad for not celebrating my daughter's birhday which I believe that my success comes FIRST but then somewhat DJ comfort me as i was leaving and stood outside at Gano Excel waiting for my girl to pick me up. Some what, I was the last one standing there as everyone left home but all the sudden, DJ came up to me and gave me MONEY... I told him,(I had couple of hundred at the moment) "No.. I am ok, I have money, I was just waiting for my wife" . He replied "No, here, here, here.. take it, I want you to use it for your daughter, buy her something or go celebrate your family... your daughter is important, it her birthday.. " Man, it touch me. : - ) Once again GUYS, lets give him a strong respectific because DJ really do care for others. In my vision, I see that HIS money is not important to him, but his loving is what worth to him. GOD BLESS YOU DJ (Uncle John) DJ is not in my team and told me if I need anything, here's my card. ; - )

Even though your helping someone not in your downline dosnt mean your not helping the main company a.k.a. Gano Excel! The larger the company grows the better! :)

I just sent a welcome message to Dillion above and it reflects some of the points in your post. By the way, and I posted mine about an hour before I read yours!
Anyway, it was nice speaking with you the other night... I always enjoy the time on the phone because it gives me a chance to gain some valuable information from you as well as project some of my ideals and values in your direction. And this goes exactly to the point you made... we are not in the same upline or downline, but we can and do help one another. That is the gift we are given from God.
